Life Coaching Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of life coaching services ("Services") by the life coach ("Coach") to the client ("Client"). By engaging in the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Services: The Coach agrees to provide life coaching services, which may include goal setting, personal development, and guidance, as mutually agreed upon by both parties. The Client understands that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice or therapy.

3. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. The Coach agrees not to disclose any personal or sensitive information without the Client's explicit consent, except where required by law.

4. Duration and Frequency: The duration and frequency of coaching sessions will be agreed upon by both parties. The Client is responsible for attending scheduled sessions punctually. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated in advance.

5. Payment: The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the Services. Payment terms and methods will be specified in a separate agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of coaching services.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Client may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being forfeited. The Coach may reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

7. Code of Conduct: Both parties agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during coaching sessions. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the coaching relationship.

8. Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. The Client understands that fees for remaining sessions may be applicable in the event of termination by the Client.

9. Intellectual Property: All materials provided by the Coach, including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, and resources, are the intellectual property of the Coach and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability: The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Client's participation in the coaching services.

11. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.

12. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended by mutual agreement in writing.

By engaging in the Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
